Tyson Stelzer is a multi-award winning wine writer with an annual readership of four million worldwide. He is the author and publisher of thirteen wine books, a regular contributor to twelve magazines, a frequent judge and chairman at Australian wine shows and has presented at wine conferences in five countries.
Mark Folker is an environmental engineer and songwriter with a passion for wine and a palate which Tyson describes as ‘one of the best in Australia’. With experience in fine wine consulting and retail, Mark is confident in communicating and recommending wine.
